February 2009 Pinal County Comprehensive Plan Draft Now Online!
The third draft of the Pinal County Comprehensive Plan is now available on the project website, www.PinalCountyPlan.com.
An unprecedented amount of feedback has been received during the review of the first two Draft Plans; in total, over 2,100 individual comments have been submitted, reviewed and considered by the project team, ultimately leading to the release of the February 2009 Pinal County Comprehensive Plan.
Plan Draft Now Online!
Continuing the commitment to an open process, each individual comment received was logged in comment matrices subsequently posted on the project Web site. The project team thanks the hundreds of residents, agency representatives and stakeholders for their participation during the Plan review process, and invites all to visit www.PinalCountyPlan.com to study the latest Draft Plan.

Comprehensive Plan Public Hearing Schedule
After two rounds of public and agency review, officials from Pinal County have begun consideration of the Comprehensive Plan. The Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors anticipate hosting two Public Hearings. Thousands of Pinal County residents and stakeholders have contributed to this Plan, and your support and comment are welcome at the following meetings:
February 26, 6 p.m.: Citizens Advisory Committee Meeting*
March 4, 9:30 a.m.: Board of Supervisors Work Session*
March 18, 9:30 a.m.: Board of Supervisors Work Session*
March 19, 9 a.m.: Planning Commission Public Hearing
April 1, 9:30 a.m.: Board of Supervisors Work Session*
April 29, 9:30 a.m.: Board of Supervisors Public Hearing
* Public testimony allowed at the discretion of the Chairman.
All meetings will be held at the Pinal County Complex in Florence at 31 N Pinal Street; Citizen Advisory Committee and Planning Commission meet in the EOC Room in Building F, and the Board of Supervisors meets in the Administration Building A.
