OKLAHOMA CITY -- A rodeo star has been charged with a felony after police said he performed dental work on a horse.
Bobby Griswold is the first person arrested under a new Oklahoma law that allows only veterinarians to perform dental work on horses.
The main issue is surrounding work to file down a horse's teeth, a practice known in the horsing industry as "floating".
Non veterinarians and even trained equine dentists have been doing it for years, but the new law says they can't.
