We believe your input to be quite valuable, so we invite you to attend the Regional Plan Design Charrette Days, which will be held on July 14th, 15th, 21st, and 22ndat the Federated Community Church, 400 W. Aspen Ave. – Flagstaff, AZ.

As discussed in many earlier Citizens Advisory Committee meetings, the Design Charrette process will address how the Flagstaff area should manage growth. The base maps we will be working off of include ‘Green Infrastructure’ (Parks, FUTS trails, open space, wildlife corridors, and conservation areas for riparian waterways), vacant parcels, and existing infrastructure (roads, water, and sewer). The public process will produce a number of potential development scenarios. These focused discussions will concentrate on:

Thursday, July 14th(Public Open House 10 am – 5 pm) @ Federated Community Church
- Environment, growth areas, transportation, reviewing Infrastructure, and available land.

Friday, July 15th(Public Open House 11 am – 2 pm) @ Federated Community Church
- Discussing options for growth.

Thursday, July 21st(Public Open House Noon – 4 pm)@ Federated Community Church
- Reviewing scenarios.

Friday, July 22nd (4 – 6 pm)@ Heritage Square
- The Final Presentation of growth scenarios will be showcased at Heritage Square for public awareness and input.

If you could please set aside one hour during each of the four days at your convenience for this exchange of ideas, values, and visioning, it will be a great process.

Thank you and see you at the Design Charrette Days!

Sincerely,
Nick Boulanger, Public Relations
