hay and supplemental's for poor health horse

Need some help and information. I pick up a poor health (Mal-nutritioned) horse from a man a couple of weeks ago, that I am trying to help revive. She will eat grain but will not eat any hay, afalfa or coastal. She needs more than just the grain to put weight back on those hips. What kind of supplements and or suggestions does anybody have to get her to eat hay. According to the man that I picked her up from, out of her twenty two years of life, including when she was a race horse, she has never been fed hay. Does anybody have any suggestions?

this is a good weight supplment .it put weight back on my 14 year old tb.i hopr this helps
