hmm, there's no spell chk on this thing is there!

OK, How do you tell if you have a potentiall reining(?) horsee?

Any suggestions?

I and my boy are new togather. But, he is doing amazing things for me. I would like to explore, and allow him to show, his full potential.

I don't know much about horses. I do know that he responds increasingly well. He is evermore sensative with every ride. A good friend gave me some aids to help communicate with him and now he's got power steering. Last time we rode he popped sideways with the slightest touch (among other neat things).

Should we take lessons from a reinsman? :o

Yes I would get someone who trains reiners to walk you through the training and the patterns. Sounds like your horse would be a good canidate for reining!

Then once you know the patterns and the cues give it a try and if he does well then you will know :)
