For our Newsletter (July 2005)
Thank you for the great newsletter and for giving me something to do on the Internet. I love my horses and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. I love having the ability to look up stuff on the net about horses and get answers to questions about concerns that I may have about my beloved animals. Thanks for being out there for me and my four legged friends!!!

Thank you for answering! I found one named Bill Justice, although he does many horses away from the area, he does live here. He was great! My horses are on the road to recovery in one shoeing!
Hi Dr.Sales, (July 2005)
Thank you for mailing me, I am grateful. Unfortunately we lost Warning Siren on Sunday. At the time we were treating him for the wounds that he had, which were the only outward signs of something being wrong. He was eating and drinking normally and seemed active. He collapsed just before the afternoon feed and could not get up again. It's very difficult to witness something like that.
Right now we are taking measures to see it doesn't happen again. Other than transferring the remaining thoroughbreds from the area, conducting research to understand the toxicity of local plants to avoid a re-occurrence.
Thanks again,
Prameesha
Hi Dawn, (August 2005)
Thank you for answering my question about head shy, I decided it would be too long a job to take on this horse and he possibly as more under lining faults as he was neglected and I wouldn't know the extent of this so I would rather leave it. But at least I know he's in the best place now and will get a better start in life with whoever takes him on.
Thanks again Paula
