For Dr Kimberly Gryl (February 2006)
Thank you. We had a vet look at him and he thought he had locking patellas. Our trainer says that is not the case; it is just a pulled muscle. We have him on some joint and muscle supplements and it does seem to be helping some. I am just hoping my daughter will be able to show this summer with him. We don't know a lot about horses so it is kind of hard for me to know when there is really a problem when we keep getting mixed information from the vet and trainer.
Thanks for your help.

For Billie McNamara (February 2006)
Thank you so much for all of the information.
I am looking forward to learning as much as I can about conditioning, but am thrilled to be covering barrel racing as the focus of my assignment. Once time permits, I will apply this sort of conditioning routine with my horse.. I cannot wait to get started!!

For Dr Schurg (March 2006)
Thank you! He gets regular dentistry and deworming, I think I'll try changing the oat hay to grass hay, like Timothy, and see if that helps, along with more senior. I worry about laminitis with too much senior, so I'll go carefully with that.
Thanks again,
Jane
