AAH, (July 2007)
I guess the bump is really a hernia and we are having the vet look at it on Thursday. He will probably fix it up and she will be fine. Thanks for your help.

Dear Dr. Gryl, (July 2007)
I greatly appreciate your response to my lengthy inquiry. I realize that there is a bit of a medical/legal crossover in a few of my questions, and that you are not an attorney; however, your reply was both helpful and informative.
Sincerely,
Cathy

Thank you for your help but I had already done what you said but did not find anything, the bleeding has stopped now so I hope she will be fine do horses ever bleed from worming as I did not find a cut anywhere on her
Thanks Alex
Dear Kimberly (July 2007)
I can’t thank you enough for your advice, which has been invaluable; I shall try all suggestions & keep my fingers crossed. I have since discovered that other horses at this property have been bitten by midges & need an insect repellent I am keeping this up also but trying to work on process of elimination!!
Thanks again so much
Dana :-)

Thank you for your reply. My horse is not being ridden so much that the hoof is being worn away. I guess I was asking if is still natural for her to still be a little "ouchy" on rocks and gravel...more so after a trim.
Thanks. Lisa
