Poisonous Plants, part 2.
Some of the symptoms of this group include (but are not limited) to the following:
Nervous signs, diarrhea, colic, liver damage, photosensitivity and sunburn, dermatitis, blurred vision, choke, muscle tremors, salivation, staggers, big head, drooling, abortion, hypersensitivity, depression, shock, poor performance, jaundice, infertility in mares, runny eyes, partial blindness.
Each of the plants/trees or shrubs listed may exhibit one or more of the symptoms shown above. No single plant will cause a horse to exhibit all of those listed.
