Lisa Hartman of Anderson got her first pony when she was 13 years old. Little did she know that the bond she formed in those early years would lead to the formation of S.H.A.R.E., a therapeutic horse riding program for children and adults with special needs. “Having horses all my life, I never really knew I was in therapy.” Hartman said. “It was more than just having a horse to be able to ride.
